Congratulations, you have received your Royal Caribbean Offer Letter.

In order to get you a Ship Assignment, ALL of the below ‘next steps’ must be completed. The sooner you do these, the sooner we can get you on board!

Next Steps

  1. On C-Trac sign and upload your Background Check (Intl). This gives permission for Hire Right to begin your Background Check (this is VERY important, and must be done ASAP)
  2. On C-Trac accept you Offer Letter from Royal Caribbean
  3. On C-Trac upload a copy of your Passport Photo Page
  4. On C-Trac complete the Personal Data Form (when asked for Zip code enter numbers only, insert postcode on line above)

Background checks

Royal Caribbean, alongside Hire Right, will be conducting your background check.

For Job Location on your Background Check, please add RCL’s Head Office – Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Head Office, 1050 Caribbean Way, Port of Miami, Florida 33132-2096

Youth Staff: Hire Right will be conducting your full background check. This can take up to 4 weeks. Please ensure that any emails or phone calls from either Royal Caribbean or Hire Right are answered as soon as possible. Failure to do this may result in your application being delayed or withdrawn.

Sports & Cruise Staff: Hire Right will be conducting a background check. This can take up to 2 weeks. Please ensure that any emails or phone calls from either Royal Caribbean or Hire Right are answered as soon as possible. Failure to do this may result in your application being delayed or withdrawn.
