The format of the final interview consists of competency based questions and the delivery of an activity.
Competency-based questions
You will reflect upon specific work situations and talk us through a sequence of events. It is safeguarding focused and will enable you to show your values when working with children and demonstrate particular skills or attitudes.

Preparing your activity
The second part of the interview asks you to deliver a stimulating activity that you would deliver on a cruise ship. We are looking for a fun activity that would engage a group of children on their dream holiday.
You can choose the age range and you may wish to use props to enhance your delivery. The best examples have involved, themes, props and are interactive. During the interview, we will ask you to role play the introduction of this activity in a way that is exciting and engaging. This is an opportunity for you to convey your passion and enthusiasm for working with children!
What to bring:
Please note that if successful, your verbal offer of employment cannot be processed unless all of the above are brought with you to the final interview.
