Crystal Cruise Line Recruitment Process

 Stage 1: Invitation to Skype Interview with Kings Recruit

Please make sure you have read through the Junior Activities Director (JAD) job description and done some research on Crystal Cruise Line prior to your Skype interview with Kings Recruit.

At the end of your interview you will be provided with information regarding the next steps.

Stage 2: Crystal Cruise Line Interview

Once the following documents have been returned to Kings Recruit, we will organise your second interview directly with Crystal.

Please return the following documents to Kings Recruit:

  1. The completed Crystal Application Form
  2. The completed Application For Employment Form (please print and fill in by hand)
  3. A copy of your CV
  4. A photocopy of your passport page
  5. Copies of your qualification certificates
  6. References (if possible at this stage)

Stage 3: Pre Employment Documentation to get you on board

After being offered a role with Crystal Cruise Lines, you are required to do the following pre-employment checks in order to get onboard.

  1. Book and obtain a C1D Visa.
  2. Book and obtain a Medical Certificate. Here is the Crystal Medical Form
  3. STCW Training. Here is a list of STCW Approved Centres.
  4. Police check (ACRO criminal records police check)
  5. Collate two References (if not already provided from two child related from past employers)
  6. Scan in any Relevant Certificates (if not already provided)
  7. Scan in your Passport photo page (if not already provided, this must be valid for at least 18-months)

Once you have completed all the above documents please send them all to Kings Recruit.

Stage 4: Ship ready!

Once all your documents have been approved you will be sent your joining documents! This will include your ship name, start date, travel and hotel accommodation.
