NCL Employment Process – Interview Stage

Welcome! You’ve been invited to attend an interview with Kings Recruit for a position with Norwegian Cruise Line.

STEP  1 – Kings Recruit Interview

In the email sent to you, we‘ve confirmed the date and time we would like to interview you. Please download the relevant Job Description, CV Template & Task to prepare.

STEP 2 –  NCL Pre-Interview Documentation

Following a successful first interview with Kings Recruit, to proceed to a second stage interview directly with NCL you need to complete NCL Pre-Interview Documents. Please try to return the documents back to workabroad@kingsrecruit.com within 5 working days.

STEP 3 –NCL Interview

If NCL think you have what it takes to join their ships, you will be offered a Skype interview with NCL’s recruitment team.

This will be arranged via Kings Recruit, and you will receive an email confirmation which will advise the date, time and contact details for your interviewer at NCL.

There is nothing formal to prepare for the second interview, however we would advise you to refer to NCL’s website www.ncl.co.uk prior to your interview. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

STEP 4 – References

If you are successful following your interview with NCL, Kings Recruit will take up employment references, before making an official job offer.

Your referees will be asked to comment on your attitude, strengths and responsibilities.
