Children’s Club Manager
A brilliant career growing opportunity to manage the childcare department in stunning resorts in Greece, Sardinia, Corsica, Croatia, Turkey and Portugal.
As a manager you’ll have experience leading and supporting a large team of childcare workers, with good management and organisational skills to ensure that staff provide parents and children with the highest level of service, in a safe environment.
This role runs from April/May through to October/November (with opportunities to work in ski resorts after a successful summer season).
The Role
- Ensure your team deliver an unforgettable holiday experience to parents and children
- Ensure standards, ratios and conditions of registration are maintained at all times
- Maintain up-to-date records for all children
- Implement health and safety policies, ensure fully operational on a daily basis
- Audit, evaluate and manage risk ensuring any remedial action is taken immediately
- Establish high standards of organisation and co-ordination within your department
- Action and monitor any parents’ child-related issues
- Ensure nutritional needs of children are met
- Assist in the development of childcare standards, procedures and information systems
- Evaluate the quality of childcare within each department, identify and address areas needing development

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience in a childcare environment
- Experience in Nursery Management
- Ability to use initiative, plan, organise and prioritise work load
- Experience with a wide variety of ages
- Strong swimmer
- UK/EU Driving License (desirable)
